William N. Snyder, elected May, 12^th, 1982, is the Vice President of the Board.  Mr. Snyder is a graduate of Donegal High School in Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania, attended Union County Technical Institute in Plainfield, N.J., and served in the U.S. Army from 1964 to 1966. Bill is retired from Thomson Multimedia. He is married to Hannelore and they have  three children.
