William N. Snyder, elected May, 12^th, 1982, is the Secretary/Treasurer of the Board.  Mr. Snyder is a graduate of Donegal High School in Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania, attended Union County Technical Institute in Plainfield, N.J., and served in the U.S. Army from 1964 to 1966. Bill is currently employed by Thomson Multimedia as a Senior Engineering Technician and has been with the company for the past 40 years. He is married to Hannelore and they have  three children.
