Automatic Bill Pay Form

To avoid late charges, have your monthly bill taken out of your checking account. Simply print and sign the Automatic Bill Pay Form and return it to our office with a voided check.

Application for New Service

You must sign a Service Application in order to purchase a new service tap. Sign the application and return it to our office along with your total charges.

Owner/Renter Agreement

An owner/renter agreement must be signed by the owner of any rental property in which the owner chooses to have the renters pay the bill.

Water User's Agreement

A Water User's Agreement must be signed by the customer paying only for water service.

Water & Sewer User's Agreement

A Water & Sewer User's Agreement must be signed by the customer paying for water and EHRWSD sewer service.

Sewer User's Agreement

A Sewer User's Agreement must be signed by the customer paying only for EHRWSD sewer service.
