Earnhart Hill Regional Water & Sewer District

Marsha Griebel Graham, appointed February 2008, is a Trustee of the Board. Ms. Graham received a BS degree in education from Morehead State University and paralegal degree from Capital Law School. Marsha has owned and operated Citizens Land Title Co. since February 1986. Citizens Land Title Co is a local real estate title insurance company issuing title insurance handling real estate closing, providing title searches and escrow. She is presently a board member of the Pickaway Progress Partnership, Circleville Planning and Zoning, and Circleville Downtown Historic Review Board. She has served as a board member of the Pickaway County Visitor's Bureau, US Bank Advisory Board, and the Pickaway County Chamber of Commerce. She is married to DJ Graham and they have two children.
