Customers of Knowlwood Village are currently experiencing a water outage, due to a local contractor hitting our water main line. Our team is working diligently to rectify the outage. Once we have defined addresses, those customers will receive a phone call notifying them.
Once the water has been restored, a precautionary boil advisory will be in place until further notice. Once lifted, phone calls will be administered to those effected.
